Who you're buying from

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes (including GST/HST), and their checkout terms apply to the transaction. The product is made by MemFill (operating entity to be confirmed), Ontario, Canada — hello@memfill.app.

Price and what you get

• MemFill CentreSuite annual license: USD/CAD $50 per year (final currency presentation is handled at checkout by Paddle).
• Your license key is delivered by email shortly after purchase. If it hasn't arrived within a few hours, email hello@memfill.app and we'll issue it directly.
• A license covers one named person (see the EULA). Active licenses include all updates and any new site adapters released during the term, at no extra cost.

Renewal and cancellation

The license is an annual subscription and renews automatically each year at the then-current price. Cancel anytime via the Paddle receipt/portal links in your purchase email; cancellation stops future charges and your license simply runs out its already-paid term. What happens after a license lapses is defined in the EULA — you keep your data and the memory you built, always.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — 14 days, full, no questions asked.

Department / group purchases

Departments can buy N licenses on one invoice (N × $50): send a roster of names and emails and each person receives their own key. Purchase orders and P-Card payments both work — contact hello@memfill.app to arrange. Group buyers get priority input on which site adapter ships next.

Trial

The 30-day trial requires no payment details and is fully featured. Trial enforcement is honest-by-design: nothing is collected, nothing phones home.
